Wellness Massage & Maintenance Treatments

Wellness massage is about maintenance, not emergency. You don’t need to be injured or in pain to benefit from regular bodywork. In fact, regular massage is one of the best ways to prevent injury, reduce stress, and keep your body functioning well — especially if you lead a busy, physical, or mentally demanding life. These treatments are gentler than remedial sessions, but still focused and thoughtful. We may work on tight shoulders one week, and just relax the nervous system the next. It’s all about supporting you — not just your symptoms.

Check-In and Body Awareness

Each wellness session begins with a quick check-in. What’s been happening in your body lately? Any stiffness, fatigue, or mental load? We’ll tailor the treatment around how you’re feeling that day.

Brief verbal check-in to understand your current needs

Adjust session focus based on stress, activity or recent changes

No long assessments or treatment plans — just natural conversation

Relaxing, Targeted Massage

I use calming strokes, gentle myofascial work, and focused attention to help your body let go of tension. We might still spend extra time on one tight area — but the goal is to restore balance across your whole system, not ‘fix’ one thing.

Encourage nervous system regulation through touch

Blend of techniques: relaxation, fascia, and light remedial

Support circulation, lymphatic flow, and mental clarity

Pressure and pace tailored to your preference that day

Integration and Routine Support

Wellness massage works best when it’s part of your routine. I’ll offer simple tips or timeframes if you’re unsure how often to come in. Most people feel a huge difference by making massage a monthly or fortnightly part of their self-care.

Option to book recurring sessions for consistency

Reminders for hydration, stretching, and work-life balance

Supportive, zero-pressure environment — just come as you are

Tailored plan if you have work demands or specific stress patterns

Absolutely. I offer safe, professional pregnancy massage with supportive positioning and techniques appropriate for each trimester.
Massage should never be painful. Some techniques may feel intense, but we’ll always work within your comfort zone. I’ll check in regularly and adjust as needed.
Sessions typically run for 60 or 90 minutes, depending on what we’re working on. If you're unsure what to book, feel free to get in touch.
Life happens! Just give as much notice as you can. I appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to someone else.
